BattyKatz guarantees our kittens for their first year of life in the case of any hereditary or genetic defect that may occur. This guarantee is contingent upon certain conditions.
First, your kitten should not be spayed or neutered until they have reached six months of age or a weight of six pounds. Second, I require copies from your veterinarian of all visits while the kitten was healthy and ill.
In the event your kitten should become ill and the above criteria is met, I will replace it with another kitten of your choice. Money will not be refunded to the customer, and shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
